SOUTH BEND - Elsie F. Megyese, 91, of St. Joseph, MI, formerly of South Bend, passed away on February 7, 2008, in her home surrounded by family. She was born on April 22, 1916, to the late Stephen and Frances (Vargo) Brehlik. She was the wife of the late Elmer Megyese, Sr. She is survived by her son, Elmer "Chip" and Fran Megyse, Jr. of Benton Harbor, MI; a grandson, Matthew and Kelly Megyese of Birmingham, AL; and a sister, Zita Rydzinski of Mishawaka. A committal service will be held at 10 a.m., TODAY Friday, July 18, in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Osceola. Chapel Hill Funeral Home, 10776 McKinley Highway, Osceola is handling arrangements.
