Lillian W. (Sheid) Twigg, 88, of Beechwood Lane, South Bend, Ind., died Tuesday morning, Jan. 22, in the home of her daughter, Jeanne Sergio. Lillian was born Jan. 13, 1914, in New Richmond, Ohio, to Harry and Leah (Cook) Sheid, who preceded her in death. Lillian had lived in South Bend for the past four years after coming from Marcellus, Mich. She is survived by two daughters, Judith Jamieson of Yuma, Ariz., and Jeanne Sergio of South Bend; a son, John F. Weiss of Haines City, Fla.; 13 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren; and by a sister, Leah Little of Santa Barbara, Calif.Services will be at 1 p.m. today in the HICKEY Funeral Home, 3516 E. Jefferson, 289-1000. Burial will follow at St. Joseph Valley Memorial Park, Granger, Ind.Friends called from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday in the funeral home.Lillian attended St. Anthony de Padua Catholic Church.
