Edward E. Gnott, 65, of South Bend, Ind., passed away Sunday morning, May 2, in Memorial Hospital. He was born May 29, 1938, in South Bend, to Frank and Eleanore (Janowiak) Gnott. He was preceded in death by his father, Frank, and sister, Elizabeth "Betty" Gnott.

SOUTH BEND -- Edward E. Gnott, 65, of Wooded Way, died Sunday in Memorial Hospital of natural causes. Survivors include his wife, Sally L.; a daughter, Stacey L. Huff of Osceola; two sons, Edward E. II of Edwardsburg and Eric M. of South Bend; his mother, Eleanore Gnott of South Bend; and two sisters, Jacqueline Gnott of South Bend and Janet Point of Kokomo. Services will be at a later date. Friends may call from 3 to 8 p.m. Tuesday in Welsheimer North Funeral Home, 17033 Cleveland Road.
