John A. Kuspa, 46. of 1029 Foster St., died at 1:35 a.m. today in his home after an apparent heart attack. He was a maintenance man at the LaSalle West Building. He was born June 13, 1927 in New Carlisle and he lived in South Bend for 20 years coming here from New Carlisle. He was married Nov. 26,1952 in South Bend to Louise Zalten (Zalton), who survives. Also surviving are his mother, Mrs. Mary Ann Kuspa of South Bend; two sons, John and Joseph; and two daughters, Dawn and Denise, all at home; a grandchild; a brother, George of Crumstown; and two sisters, Mrs. Kathryn Hojara of New Carlisle and Mrs. Cecilia Grywcyznski of Seattle, Wash. Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at the St Joseph Funeral Home. Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Josephs Catholic Church with Rev. Donald Guertin, C.S.C., pastor, officiating. Burial will be at Highland Cemetery. He was a veteran of WWII. A parish wake service will be held at 7:30 p.m. Monday in the funeral home.
