This happened in the Radomsko city on the second day of September, in the year Eighteen Sixty Six at one o'clock in the afternoon. J©dzef Piechorowski appeared, age forty three, a farmer from Strzalkowo, in the presence of Franciszek Kocwien, age twenty eight and Pawel Grzeszny, age twenty six, both farmers living there, and he showed Us a child of a male sex born in Strzalk©dw yesterday at nine o'clock in the morning, to his wife Joanna nee Kowalczyk, eighteen years of age. At Holy Baptism, performed today this child was given the name Franciszek, and his godparents were Walenty Wieniaczek and Apolonia Kowalczyk. This document was read aloud to the declarant and witnesses who are unable to write and signed by Us, the Pastor.
