Stanley Martinkowski
November 30, 1901 - December 16, 1972

Stanley Martinkowski, 71, of 722 S Webster St., died in his home at 1am today after a two month illness. He retired in 1966 from Roach-Appleton Co. where he had been employed for 15 years. He was born November 30, 1901, in Manistee MI. On February 12, 1923, he was married in South Bend to Marie Kazmierczak and she died April 13, 1972. Surviving are a son, James R. of South Bend, a daughter, Mrs. Virginia Sciba of South Bend and four grandchildren. Friends may call from 7 to 9pm Sunday and 2 to 9pm Monday at the Kaniewski & Sons Funeral Home. Services will be held at 9am Tuesday at St Casimir's Catholic Church with Rev. George H. Szymanowski, CSC, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in St Joseph Cemetery. There will be a wake service at 7pm Monday at the funeral home.
