SOUTH BEND - Dale M. Robakowski, 55, passed away at 4 p.m. Tuesday, December 1, 2009. He was born August 20, 1954 in South Bend, to the late Bernard and Stella (Chlebek) Robakowski. Dale is survived by a sister, Jeanette White of South Bend; a nephew, Mike Robakowski of Indianapolis; a niece, Heather White of South Bend; and by a great-niece, Alexis Bowen. Dale worked in the kitchen at the St. Mary's convent for 22 years. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday, December 4, 2009, in ST. JOSEPH FUNERAL HOME, 824 S. Mayflower Road. A funeral liturgy will be celebrated at 10 a.m. on Saturday, December 5, 2009 in the funeral home. Burial will follow at St. Joseph Valley Memorial Park, Granger. Memorial contributions may be made to Sisters of the Holy Cross, 301 Bertrand Hall, Saint Mary's, Notre Dame, IN 46556-5000.
