ELKHART - Joanne “JoJo” Lambert, 63, passed away on Sunday, March 18, 2018 at Elkhart General Hospital. Joanne was born on February 15, 1955 in Mishawaka as the daughter of Henry and Viola (Tumbleson) Buraczewski. She was preceded in death by her parents; a daughter, Lisa Price; and a sister, Lois Lehman. She is survived by her husband, Dennis Lambert; son, Denny Starrett; grandchildren, Autumn Price and Ryan Starrett; sisters, Janice Hallam and Phyllis Davis; and brothers, Bill (Judy) Buraczewski, Dave (Debbie) Hanson, and Tom (Peggy) Buraczewski. Joanne was self-employed as an antiquer; she loved antiquing. She had previously worked for many years at Wayne's Place and Dec-O-Art. She will be remembered most for her genuine laugh and spirited personality. She had a special love for animals, especially her dogs, Big Bear, JJ, and Rosey. Visitation will be on Wednesday, March 21 from 3 to 7 p.m. in Hahn Funeral Home, 505 W. 8th Street, Mishawaka. Funeral Services will be on Thursday, March 22 at 11 a.m., with visitation one hour prior, in the funeral home. Cremation will take place.
