SOUTH BEND - Amy Lynn Sramek, 46, passed away on April 30, 2016. Amy is the beloved daughter of Becky and Donald Sramek. She was born on September 25, 1969. During her life, Amy was involved with Logan Center in South Bend, Indiana; Parents and Friends in Michigan City, Indiana; and Benchmark Human Services in Indianapolis, Indiana. Amy is survived by her mother, Becky Sramek of Indianapolis, and brother, Peter Jaeger of Franklin. Amy was preceded in death by her father, Donald Sramek; and grandparents, Raymond and Mildred Skibbe Sramek of LaPorte, and Richard and Ruby Daniels Irvin of South Bend. There are no services scheduled at this time. Arrangements are entrusted to Simplicity Funeral and Cremation Care in Indianapolis, Indiana. Published in South Bend Tribune on May 5, 2016
