SOUTH BEND - Saintina M. “Sandy” Daniels passed away Sunday, February 25, 2018 in her residence. Saintina was born on August 18, 1955 in South Bend to John “Papa” and Saintina (Davis) Gresso. Sandy loved her grandkids as well as cookouts. On March 17, 1984 she married Dennis W. Daniels. He died on February 2, 2014. Surviving are a daughter, Krista (Adam) Kline of Fort Wayne; a son, Anthony (Victoria) Gresso of South Bend; 7 grandchildren, Ashley, Tyler, Jillian, Nicolas, Taylor, Zoe, and Sasha; 3 great-grandchildren, Jett, Jersey, and Jensynn; a sister, Kathleen Richardson of Boaz, AL; and 2 brothers, Michael Johnson and John Gresso both of South Bend. Funeral Services will be celebrated at 1:00 pm Saturday, March 3, 2018 in the Zahoran Funeral Home, 1826 Kemble Avenue. Family and friends may gather from 3-7 Friday in the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the family to help defray funeral expenses.
