SOUTH BEND - Jack Quinn Albertson Jr., 71, passed away Wednesday, December 3, 2014, in his residence. Jack was born May 31, 1943, in Charleston, WV, to the late Jack and Alice (Leszczynski) Albertson. He was also preceded by his maternal grandparents, Charles W. and Stella C. (Spychalski) Leszczynski. Survivors of Jack include his children, Deborah (Mark) Wujcik, Dennis Albertson, Scott Albert-son, Brian Albertson, and Bradley Albertson; several grandchildren, sisters, Carolyn P. (Leon) McKinney, and Kay L. Gapski; half sisters, Alice R. McClanahan, and Emily C. Coleman-Klase; half brother, Charles R. Coleman; several nieces and nephews; and Colleen Kryski, Jack's best friend and companion for the last fifteen years. Jack retired in 2013 from the State of Indiana. He was a member of the Elks Club, and he enjoyed playing golf. ST. JOSEPH FUNERAL HOME, 824 S. Mayflower Rd., is assisting the family. A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
