CHLEBEK
Funeral services for Valentine Chlebek, 74, of 59074 Mayflower Rd., who died at 10:20 p.m. Monday in Oesteopathic Hospital after a brief illness, will be held at 9 a.m. Friday in St. Casimirs Catholic Church, Rev. George Szymanowski, C.S.C., pastor, officiating. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery. He was a retired Studebaker Corp. employee. He was born Feb. 13, 1895, in South Bend and had lived here all his life. On Feb. 15, 1916, in South Bend, he married Frances Wieczorek, who died in 1956. He is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Bernard Robakowski, South Bend, and two grandchildren. Friends may call after 7 p.m. today and from 1 to 10 p.m. Thursday in the St. Joseph Funeral Home, where the parish rosary will be recited at 7:30 p.m. today.
