William Kelly “Bill” Kowalski, 77, passed away peacefully in his home on Diamond Lake October 3, 2021, after a long battle with Parkinson’s disease. Born December 9, 1943, he was the son of the late Harry and Mary (Jalovec) Kowalski. On May 12, 1968, Bill married Arline Ann Osifchin who lovingly cared for him to the end. To their union, they were blessed with two children: William Joseph Kowalski of Chesterfield, MO and Karen Marie (Grant Guenther) Kowalski of Tucson, AZ. Also left to cherish his memory are two grandchildren, Joseph William and Anna Marie Kowalski, both of Chesterfield, MO; and two sisters, Veronica Borselino of Argo, IL and Patricia Furlong of Woodridge, IL. Bill was a loving and devoted husband and father. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus and a proud Army Veteran who served in the Vietnam War. He enjoyed 45 wonderful years on Diamond Lake. He will be dearly missed but his family is thankful he is now at peace. Cremation will take place with a memorial service to take place at a later date.
