NEW CARLISLE - Klara R. Wozniak, 64, of New Carlisle, Indiana passed away on Thursday, May 12, 2016 surrounded by her loving family. Klara was born on September 29, 1951 to the late Joseph and Agnes (Szalai) Ferkis. On May 3, 1975, she married Robert F. Wozniak, who survives. Along with her husband, Klara is survived by her daughter, Jennifer Wozniak of New Carlisle; her son, Michael Wozniak of New Carlisle; one grandchild, Zoey Emmons; and two sisters, Agnes (Robert) Davis of New Hampshire and Mary Ann Ferkis of West Lafayette, Indiana. Visitation will be held from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. Monday, May 16, 2016 in St. Stanislaus Kostka Catholic Church. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m., with Reverend Paul McCartney officiating. Burial will follow in New Carlisle Cemetery. Klara loved planting flowers in her garden, cooking, baking, and crocheting. She enjoyed spending time with her family more than anything in her life.
