Charles Edward Fuchs

Charles Edward Fuchs of Lakeville, died Wednesday enroute to Memorial Hospital, South Bend. He had been ill four years with a heart ailment. He was born in Lakeville Sept. 19, 1881 and had resided in this area all his life.He was married July 6, 1906 in South Bend to Oldean Barkley. Surviving are the widow; two daughters, Mrs. Alice Grimes, South Bend, and Mrs. Julia Wozny, Lakeville; eight sons, John, Bauedette, Charles, Ross, Bobby, Jack, all of Lakeville, James of Walkerton, Donald of Bremen; one sister, Mrs. Elizabeth Kline, Lakeville. Friends may call in the Brink Funeral Home, where services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Saturday. Rev. A. C. Spellman will officiate, with burial in Southlawn Cemetery. Published in the South Bend Tribune; Thursday, June 11, 1953.
