SOUTH BEND - Mary T. Kazmierczak (Bushia), 90, passed away Tuesday, March 3, 2015, in Memorial Hospital. Mary was born March 28, 1924, in South Bend, to the late Jakob and Martha Nijak. On February 5, 1944, in St. Adalbert Catholic Church Mary married Stanley Kazmier-czak, who preceded her in death. Mary was also preceded in death by a son, Robert Kazmierczak; a granddaughter, Cassandra Marie Waddups; and 8 siblings. Survivors of Mary include her children, Dennis Kazmierczak of South Bend, James (Christine) Kazmierczak of Canton, MI, Terrance (Sue) Kaz-mierczak of Granger, Margaret (Peggy) (Clem Jr.) Litka Jr. of South Bend, Deborah (Kaz) (Michael) Rodriguez of South Bend; grandchildren, Miguel, Jacob (fiancee Elizabeth), Jasmine, Courtney (Jeff), Ryanne (Matt), Casey (fiancee Catherine), Aimee (Steve), Becky, and Catherine; great-grandchildren, Isabella, Harmony; great-step-grandchildren, Isis and Haley; and great-grandchildren, Abigail, Kamaryanna, Connor, Jolie, Landon, Maggie, Olivia and Bo. Mary was a sales clerk with the Robertson's Department Store. She enjoyed playing bingo and Euchre with her best friends and family. Mary always had a good time just sitting around the table, laughing and joking. Her favorite music was by Kenny Rogers. Visitation for Mary will be 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Friday, March 6th, in ST. JOSEPH FUNERAL HOME, 824 S. Mayflower Rd. A funeral service will be celebrated at 11 am on Saturday, March 7th, in St. Joseph Funeral Home, 824 S. Mayflower Rd. Burial will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery. The family wishes no flowers, but if you wish you can send plants. Condolences for the family may be made at www.sjfh.net.
