SOUTH BEND - South Bend - Duane Kaminski, 61, passed away November 23, 2016 in the Kindred Valley Nursing Facility in Elkhart. Duane was born August 17, 1955 in South Bend, to the late Ernest and Irene (Jankowiak) Kaminski. Duane was preceded in death by his life companion Susan Stark.
