Mishawaka - Mary Ann Manuszak, 76, passed away on Saturday, September 29, 2018 in Memorial Hospital. Mary Ann was born July 16, 1942 in South Bend to the late Theodore and Rose (Roberts) Laskowski. Mary Ann was also preceded in death by her son, Kenneth Manuszak. Survivors of Mary Ann include her children, Robert Manuszak, Brenda K. (Brian) Reinhart, Edward C. Manuszak; special-friend, David Carpenter; and a brother, Theodore Laskowski, Jr. Mary Ann worked for Ivy Tech for 16 years, then retired from St. Mary's College after 7 years. She had a great love for animals, especially her two cats, and enjoyed being a “House Pet-Sitter" for others. Mary Ann was a member of the "PWP", Parents Without Partners. She enjoyed traveling to San Diego, Phoenix, Laughlin, Hoover Dam, Lake Meade, Santé Fe, and Albuquerque. Reading and puzzles were some of her favorite past times. A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, October 3, 2018 in ST. JOSEPH FUNERAL HOME, 824 S. Mayflower. Friends and family may visit from 2:00pm - 3:30pm, immediately followed by a service.
