SOUTH BEND - Patricia L. Kwiatkowski, 66, passed away Sunday, June 16, 2013 in her residence. Patricia was born April 14, 1947 in South Bend to the late Alphonse and Elizabeth (Sayer) Lanchsweerdt. Patricia is also preceded in death by a son, Chad Daniel Kwiatkowski and former husband, Daniel Kwiatkowski. Survivors include children, Tim (Judy) Kwiatkowski of South Bend & Todd Kwiatkowski of Edwardsburg; daughter, Laurie (David) Villanueva of South Bend; brother, Ronald (Bernadine) Lanchsweerdt of North Liberty; granddaughters, Brittany Villanueva & Heather Villanueva and grandson, Michael Villanueva all of South Bend, Sarah Kwiatkowski of South Bend and Hayli Kwiatkowski of Edwardsburg; great-granddaughters, Lesley and Elisa Villanueva; and great-grandson, Jake Villanueva. Patricia retired in 2012 from St. Francis Convent after many years of service. She was a parishioner of Holy Family Catholic Church, enjoyed going out to eat with family and friends, and loved spending time with her family and dog, Tiny. Visitation for Patricia will be 2:00 to 8:00 pm Wednesday, June 19, 2013 with a Rosary to be prayed at 4:00 pm in ST. JOSEPH FUNERAL HOME, 824 S. Mayflower Rd. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 am Thursday, June 20, 2013 in Holy Family Catholic Church. Burial will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery.
