Theodore John Sikorski Sr., 57, of 1349 W. Fisher, died Friday at 6:50 p.m. at his home. He was a truck driver for South Bend Freight, having retired in January after 29 years. Born on Oct. 29, 1926, in South Bend. Mr. Sikorski had lived here all his life. On Oct. 16, 1948, in South Bend, he married JoAnn Wisniewski, who survives along with three daughters, MAry Ann Ward of Davisburg, Mich., Bonnie Jean Reichard of South Bend, and Patricia Wojtysiak of Osceola; two sons, Theodore J. Jr., of Houston and Leonard of South Bend; seven grandchildren; nine sisters, Florence Carwell of Pavillion, Wyo., Lucille Sikorski of Chicago, Rita Sikorski, Margaret Janiak, Joan Boudreau, Barbara Revell, Clara Neimier and Annetta Bembinski, all of South Bend, and Agnes Mendell of Centerville, Ohio; and two brothers, Roman of South Bend and Richard of Phoenix, Ariz. Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Casimir's Catholic Church, of which he was a member. Burial will be in St. Joseph Valley Memorial Park, Granger. Friends may call from 2 to 9 p.m. Monday at the Kaniewski & Sons Funeral Home. There will be a wake service at 7:30 p.m. Monday. He was a member of Teamsters Local 364.
