September 4, 2012 in Cassopolis, MI.

She was born Oct. 19, 1922, the daughter of Paul and Elizabeth
Ference. On October 31, 1942, in South Bend, IN., she married
Louis Underly who survives

She is also survived by two sons, Richard (Wendy) Underly of
Marcellus and Alan (Betty) Underly of Kokomo, IN., one brother
Paul Ference, Jr. of Niles, MI., 4 Grandchildren; Ronda (Mark)
VanVoorhis, Craig Underly, Nicole (Chris) Teesdale and Chad
Underly, and 4 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death
by one brother Richard Ference.

Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 P.M. Thursday Sept. 6,
2012 in the Mater-Ralston Funeral Home with Pastor John
Messner of the Marcellus United Methodist Church officiating.
