Jon Earl Colglazier

South Bend - On Thursday July 29th Jon Earl Colglazier(58) passed away at his home in South Bend, IN. He was born March 22, 1963 in South Bend, IN to Earl and Nancy (Parsley) Colglazier. Jon married his Wife Kim (Niespodziany) Colglazier at the Prince of Peace Church of the Brethren on September 15, 1984. Jon drove a school bus for South Bend United School Corporation for 27 years. He also owned and managed a concession business with his wife Kim (Niespodziany) Colglazier for 34 years. He is survived by his wife Kim Colglazier (Niespodziany) and his children Nathan Colglazier, Jennifer Wuthrich and Hannah Colglazier, he is also survived by his father Earl Colglazier and wife Janet, his brother Joe Colglazier and wife Mona, brother Jason Colglazier and wife Tina, and his sister Joni(Colglazier) Nedderman and husband Craig. He is preceded in death by his mother Nancy Irene (Parsely) Colglazier and his niece Brooke Marie Colglazier, as well as grandparents Josephine and Russel Colglazier and Howard and Irene Parsley. He enjoyed Golfing, drinking a cold beer, and cracking jokes with family. He could build and fix anything including his current and former homes with help of his brother-in-law Tommy Niespodziany and his cousin and best friend Tim Carlton, his wife, friends and family. He was an amazing husband, loving father, and friend to many. He had a quick wit and great sense of humor which could light up a room. His laugh was contagious. He will be loved and greatly missed by all who knew him. Jon Colglazier's memorial service is planned for October 30, 2021 Always be kind and be a light in others lives.
