NEW CARLISLE - Charles R. DeMeyer, 82, of U.S. 20, died Wednesday in St. Joseph's Medical Center. Survivors include his wife, Marguerite; a daughter, Helen Worm of Lakeville; two sons, George and Charles Jr., both of New Carlisle; a sister, Marie Amberg of South Bend; and three brothers, Ray and Albert "Bill,'' both of South Bend, and George of LaPorte. Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday in Kaniewski Funeral Home, 201 S. Filbert, where friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday.
