JUREK-Members of the Holy Name Society of St. Adalbert's Catholic Church will be pallbearer for Chester A. Jurek, 47, of 422 S. Brookfield St., who died Saturday. They are George Gadacz, John Pajakowski, Victor Lisek, Ted Sieracki, Fred Paszek and Daniel Chrzan. Honorary pallbearers will be Roy Palmer, War. ren Kowetter, Earl Brockus, Glenn Miller, Richard Bourdon and Carl Strebinger. A solemn high requiem mass will be held for Mr. Jurek at 9 a.m. Wednesday in St. Adalbert's Church and burial will be in the St. Joseph Cemetery. The rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. today by members of the Holy Name Society and at 8 pm. by members of the St. Hedwige's Home and School Assn. Both will be recited in the St. Joseph Funeral Home Chapel where friends may call. Among This survivors is his widow, the former Henrietta Kurdys.
