Delores Ruth Niswornger (born Hughbanks) was born on month day 1929, at birth place, Indiana, to Harry Harold Hughbanks and Hazel Gladys Hughbanks (born Hamman).

Harry was born on March 27 1897, in Cassville, Wisconsin.

Hazel was born on August 10 1903, in Owosso, Missouri.
