SOUTH BEND Theophil Dutch Cukrowicz, 83, of 61540 Greentree Drive, died of natural causes at 8:30pm Monday in his home. Mr. Cukrowicz retired from Blackwood Apartments and was a former employee of St Anthony de Padua Catholic Church and Studebaker Corp. He was born July 13, 1912, in South Bend. He is survived by a sister, Theresa Nowakowski of South Bend; and a brother, Frank, with whom he made his home. He was a member of St Monicas Catholic Church in Mishawaka and Northern Indiana Valley Railroad Club and was an Army veteran of WW II. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8pm Wednesday in Hollis-Orvis-Palmer Funeral Home. Burial will be in St Joseph Valley Memorial Park, Granger. Memorial contributions may be made to the church building fund.
