One of the signers of the Charter with the State of Indiana to legalize St Mary's Polish National Catholic Church in So Bend. His first wife was Mary Szulczewski. Their children were Helena, Alicy Getruda [aka Elsie] & Georgiana Jaskiewicz. Buried at St Joseph's Cemetery.
