Kyle James Ptasienski, 35, residing in Mishawaka, Indiana passed away Wednesday, December 16, 2020 at his home. Kyle was born June 13, 1985 in Lake Forest, Illinois to Walter Ptasienski, who survives and Carol (Ferguson) Ptasienski, who precedes him in death. Kyle worked in the stockroom as a clerk at COSTCO. He was greatly loved by many and will be missed. In addition to his father, Kyle is survived by his sister, Dracey Poore; his daughter, Lily Ptasienski; his son, Kolton Ptasienski; his paternal grandparents, Gene and Blanche Ptasienski; and his maternal grandparents, Nick and Joanne Ferguson.
