Obit in Goniec Polski - - A tragedy visited the Janiszczak family during the 17 hours that passed. During the night, at 12:20 a.m., the mother Maryann Janiszczak died, & yesterday at 5:55 p.m. her daughter, Mrs Helen Bonczynski-Hojara also died. The mother was living with a son, Joseph of 406 Olive St, the daughter died in her home at 217 LaPorte Ave Maryanna Janiszczak had been ill for 4 months. She was born in Poanan Poland 15 Aug 1960; and came here 75 years ago. She died 1956. Besides her son Joseph, she leaves another son, John of SBd; daughters Sister M Dobromila, Sisters of Nazareth in Cgo; Mrs Laura Celichowski of lansing MI, Mrs Genevieve Kaminski, & her daughter Helen who passed away also; 28 randchildren; 48 great grand- children; 7 great grandchildren. She wed Stephen Janiszczak in Poland, and he died in 1922. Their children are Mrs Eleanor Celihowski, Mrs Genevieve Kaminski, Sister Dobromela of the Sisters of Nazareth in Chicago; Mrs Mary Gundeck, Mrs Josephine Dobrzykowski, and her 4 sons: John, Casimir, Stanley & Joseph. Services at St Adalbert's Catholic Church, burial at St Joseph Cemetery.
