South Bend - Donald H. Howard Jr., 66, passed away on Tuesday, January 19, 2021 in Memorial Hospital under the care of Heart to Heart Hospice. Don was born July 27, 1954 in Madison, Wisconsin to the late Donald Howard Sr. and Linda (Geishirt) Wester. Don married his loving wife of 27 years, Lynne (DePaepe) Howard on November 5, 1991. She preceded him in death on February 5, 2018. Left to cherish the memory of Don are his sisters, Margaret (Randy) Staszewski, Sharon Taber, Laura Meller, Therese Howard, Janet Howard, and Shelley (Dennis) Anders. Don was an active member and sponsor of AA for over 35 years. He loved riding his Harley, fishing, playing cards, and working part-time as a DJ.
