MISHAWAKA - Barbara Ann (nee Meyerhoefer) was beloved by all who knew her. Barbara is survived by her loving husband, David. She leaves her children, Stephan (Cheryl) Czulewicz, Laura (Burgoyne) Hughes, David (Julie) Czulewicz, Jessica (Michael Barnes) Czulewicz and Paul (Janet) Czulewicz, 9 grandchildren and 3 step-grandchildren. She was born October 31st, 1936, in South Bend, Indiana, only child of J Leo and Erma Meyerhoefer. She passed Monday, August 1, 2016, surrounded by family in her Cincinnati home. Visitation 5 PM Tuesday, August 16, until time of Funeral Mass at 6 PM at St. Vivian's Church, 7600 Winton Rd., Cincinnati, OH 45224. Her cremains will be interred at a small graveside service 3 pm. Saturday, August 20th, at Fairview Cemetery, 1415 North Main Street, Mishawaka, Indiana 46545.
