Mrs. Lillian Mae Dewey, 34, wife of Carlisle Dewey, route three, Goshen, died suddenly at Goshen hospital at 10:00 p.m. Saturday. Mrs. Dewey was admitted to the hospital on March 16 to undergo treatment for pneumonia but her death was caused by a coronary embolism. Born at Constantine, Mich., Mrs. Dewey was a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Frank Zentz. She graduated from Goshen high school in 1929. Surviving in addition to her husband are two sons, Richard and Tommy, a five-weeks-old daughter, Dianne; three sisters, Mrs. Orville Leininger, of Elkhart, Mrs. Carter Logan, of Goshen, and Mrs. Paul Peffley, of Pearl Harbor, Hawaii; and five brothers, Earl Zentz, of Elkhart; Wayne, Russell, and Ford Zentz, all of Goshen; and Kenneth Zentz, of Gloversdale, N.Y. Funeral service will be held Tuesday at 2:00 p.m. at the Culp funeral home. The Rev. Wyman Hull, of Sullivan, Ind., formerly of Goshen, will officiate. Burial will be in Oak Ridge cemetery. Friends are being received at the funeral home.
