Dan William Doczy - Obituary
Dan William Doczy, 91, Sarasota, died Oct. 20, 2003. He was born May 30, 1912, in Debreczen, Hungary, and retired as owner of a dry cleaning company. He was in the Third Army during World War II and was a member of the VFW. Survivors include a daughter, Arlene Kolupa of Sarasota; brothers Paul of Port Charlotte, Louis of Mishawaka, Ind., and Emil of Edwardsburg, Mich.; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. No memorial service is planned. The Good Earth Crematory, Bradenton, is in charge. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Hospice of Southwest Florida, 5955 Rand Blvd., Sarasota, FL 34238. Published in Herald Tribune on Oct. 23, 2003
