SOUTH BEND - Geraldine F. Hack, 75, passed away at 9:39 a.m. Tuesday, November 8, 2016, in her residence. She was born on September 3, 1941, in South Bend, to Alfred and Emily (Przybysz) Meek. They preceded her in death along with two husbands, Frederick Springer, Jr. and Virgil Hack, and a son, Frederick D. Springer. Geraldine enjoyed bowling and camping. Surviving are a daughter, Deborah (Leslie) Farkas of South Bend, a son, Thomas Lee Springer of South Bend, sister, Dorothy (Gary) Coats of Mishawaka, and 2 brothers, James (Jackie) Meek of Myrtle Beach, SC, and Raymond Meek of South Bend. A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, November 11, 2016, from 5-7pm in the Zahoran Funeral Home, 1826 Kemble Avenue. Cremation has taken place. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Grace Hospice or the family to defray funeral expenses.
