Mohamed Ali Jojo, 55, peacefully passed away on Wednesday morning, March 2, 2022, at his residence in Mishawaka, IN, due to an extended illness. Mohamed was born on January 27, 1967, in South Bend, IN, to Hajj Abdul-Ghani Jojo and Hajji Eva Aliya Jojo. Mohamed was owner of Jojo’s Northside Antenna Services and Sales. He loved spending time with his family, friends, and his dog. Mohamed loved fishing and spending time outdoors. All who had the honor of knowing Mohamed were truly blessed. His compassionate heart and kind soul knew no limits. His smile and laugh were contagious-he could brighten any room. Mohamed was preceded in death by his daughter, Aossiah Sabah Jojo, and his baba, Hajj Abdul-Ghani Jojo. Mohamed is survived by his mother, Hajji Eva Aliya Jojo; sister, Aliya Jojo; brother, Ali (Jo Ann) Jojo; brother, Ahmed (Dana) Jojo; and nieces, Laylaa (Christian) Thompson, Azizah Jojo-Cunningham, Yasmeen Jojo-Cunningham, and Kinzi Jojo. The funeral was held on Wednesday, March 2, 2022, at the Islamic Society of Michiana in South Bend, IN. Graveside service and burial followed at Fairview Cemetery in Mishawaka. Palmer Funeral Home-Hickey Chapel is assisting the family with arrangements. He will be missed by many. May God welcome him in heaven and grant him eternal peace.
