I have seen differences in the Swinsick name also. When Frances married Konstanty in PA his name is listed as Swinsick. When Frances married her second husband, William Rogacki in SB her name is listed as Francisca Swiecichowska - maybe they used the real Polish spelling sometimes? I don't know, it is confusing. That is the only explanation I can think of :)
