SOUTH BEND - Theresa Ann Cholewczynski, 77, passed away at 4:07 a.m. on Tuesday, May 10, 2011, in West Bend Nursing. Theresa was born on January 29, 1934, in South Bend, to the late Boleslaw "Bill" and Stella Cholewczynski. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Norbert C. Cholewczynski, and by her two sisters, Virginia Kolesiak and Gertrude Van Laere. She is survived by her two sisters, Dorothy Kujawski and Adeline Hes, both of South Bend, many nieces and nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. Theresa was a parishioner of St. Adalbert Catholic Church, and loved jewelry and Elvis. Visitation will be from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Friday, May 13, 2011, in St. Adalbert Catholic Church, where a Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 10:30 a.m. Burial will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery.
