SOUTH BEND - Raymond Joseph Basker, 81, of Providence, R.I., formerly of South Bend, died July 18 in Miriam Hospital, Providence. Survivors include his wife, Lucia (Montefusco); a daughter, Sandra Basker of Providence; a son, Gary of Cranston, R.I.; a sister, Natalie Joseph of Concord, Calif.; and a brother, George of Granger. Services were held July 21 in St. Bartholomew Church, Cranston. Nardolillo Funeral Home, Cranston, handled arrangements.

Editor: He was born in South Bend IN, the son of Frank and Anna Basker.
