Miss Carrie Ratajczak, 17 years old, 502 South Brookfield street, died at Healthwin hospital Friday at 10 a.m. She had been ill at the hospital the past two months. She was born in South Bend, March 4, 1901. Her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Ratajczak survive. The funeral will be held Monday at 8 a.m., at St. Adalbert Polish church, Rev. John Kubacki officiating. Burial will be in St. Joseph cemetery.
