Anita Marie Wiles, 77, of South Bend passed away in her home on April 30, 2022 with family by her side. Anita was born August 19, 1944 in South Bend, IN to the late Veto Auksolavich and Kathryn (Boston) Auksolavich. Anita is survived by her Children, all of South Bend, IN; Daniel Garwood, Susan Martinez and Paul (Autumn) Garwood. Also surviving is her Brother, Veto Avery of Louisville, KY and her 6 Grandchildren, Tierra (Jose), Destiny (Tahleb), Jordan, Teagan, Jade and Kaede. Her faithful and beloved dog Zoe. Anita was a unique, loving individual who was caring and understanding to everyone she met. She loved Animals, flowers, and being around the kids. Elvis movies and scary horror movies were her favorite along with Svengoolie, The Three Stooges and listening to Rock music. There will be a visitation on Monday, May 9, 2022, from 11:00am until 1:00pm at Palmer Funeral Homes - Welsheimer Chapel 17033 Cleveland Rd. South Bend, IN 46635. The visitation will be followed by a committal service at Highland Cemetery Mausoleum at 2:00 pm.
