ELKHART - Dennis D. Forte, 80, of Elkhart, IN, formerly of Bremen, IN, passed away at 1:50 a.m. Monday, November 2, 2015 in Creekside Village in Mishawaka. Dennis was born on January 11, 1935 in Mishawaka to Angelo and Mary (Bellatore) Forte, who both have preceded him in death. On January 19, 1957 Dennis married Virginia Getha. Virginia survives along with their children, Mark (Sharon) Forte of Elkhart, IN, Dennis (Sharon) Forte of Wakarusa, IN and Deborah Harvey-Albon, seven grandchildren, Tony Forte, Tim Forte, Tommy Forte, Tiffany Adams, Courtney Forte, Morgin French and Cody Stevenson, three great grandchildren and one sister, Jeanne Burke of Granger, IN. Dennis served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. Private family services will take place. Burial will take place at Fairview Cemetery in Mishawaka. Bubb Funeral Chapel is handling the arrangements. Published in South Bend Tribune on Nov. 3, 2015
