SOUTH BEND - Lucille J. D'Angelo, 89, of South Bend, passed away at 9:45 am Monday, March 4, 2013, in Memorial Hospital. Lucille was born on May 21, 1923, in South Bend, to Sylvester and Lillian (Kolecisek) Wentland. They preceded her in death along with a son, Leroy Reichert, and two brothers, Eugene Wentland and Bernard Wentland. On October 20, 1956, in South Bend, Lucille married Joseph J. D'Angelo, who survives. Also surviving are 2 sons, Jack Reichert and Joseph F. D'Angelo, both of South Bend; and a brother, Daniel Wentland of Detroit; 2 grandchildren, Jenelle Sloop and Stephanie Lyndinger; and 5 great-grandchildren, Alyssa, Aidan, Adam, Gracie and Addison. Funeral services will be celebrated at 10:00 am Friday, March 8, 2013, in the Zahoran Funeral Home, 1826 Kemble Avenue. Burial will follow at Sacred Heart Cemetery. Family and friends may call from 4-8 Thursday in the funeral home, where a Rosary will be recited at 4:30 pm.
