SOUTH BEND - Sophia Grace Banicki, 2 months, passed from this life on Friday October 23, 2015, at Riley's Children's Hospital. She was born on August 18, 2015, to Brandon and Melissa (Smith) Banicki in South Bend. Along with her parents, she leaves behind her sisters, Olivia and Raegan Banicki and brothers, Gavin and Aiden Banicki; her maternal grandparents, Paul Smith of Plymouth and Doreen Centifanto of IA; and paternal grandparents, Russ (Sonnie) Banicki of Niles, MI. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday October 29, 2015, at the Kaniewski Funeral Home, 3545 N. Bendix Drive, South Bend. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, in the funeral home, with cremation to follow. Memorial contributions may be made in her memory to her family.
