Goshen - Marceline "Marcy" T. Kopczynski, 87, passed away on Thursday, March 8, 2018 in Waterford Crossing Health Campus. Marcy was born May 11, 1930 in South Bend, to the late John and Tillie (Wegner) Borlik. On November 24, 1951 Marcy married Zigmunt "Ziggy" Kopczynski in South Bend; he preceded her in death on April 9, 2003. Marcy was also preceded in death by sisters, Loretta Zahrn, Alice Borlik and brother, John Borlick. Survivors of Marcy include her daughters, Linda (Tony) Neff of New Paris, IN and Kathy (James) Clougherty of Felton, DE; 4 grandchildren, Heather (David), Sean (Amanda), Erin and Patrick; and 4 great grandchildren. Marcy retired from Memorial Hospital where she was a registered nurse for 45 years. She was a member of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church in Goshen. Marcy loved to knit and crochet. Visitation for Marcy will be held from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm, Wednesday, March 14, 2018 in ST. JOSEPH FUNERAL HOME, 824 S. Mayflower Rd. with a Rosary to be prayed at 5:30 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 am, Thursday, March 15, 2018 in Holy Family Catholic Church, 56405 Mayflower Rd, South Bend. Entombment will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. John 109 W. Monroe Street, Goshen, IN 46526 or Goshen Home Care & Hospice, 1721 S. Main Street, Goshen, IN 46526.
