William J. Pajakowski, 59, of Peggy Drive, died Thursday in Memorial Hospital after an illness.
Survivors include his wife, Dolores; four daughters, Susan M. Leda, Jennifer L. Singer and Mary M. Porter, all of South Bend, and Kristy S. Pajakowski of Indianapolis; a son, John W. of South Bend; his mother, Irene Pajakowski of South Bend; and two sisters, Mary A. Pajakowski of Park City, Utah, and Margaret Pajakowski of Chicago.
