SOUTH BEND - Dorothy M. Kubisiak, 92, died Monday morning. Surviving her are a daughter, Phyllis Papczynski of South Bend; 14 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. Preceding her were her parents, Benona Freel and Lora VanDusen; a son, Edmund J. Kubisiak Jr.; and husband, Edmund J. Kubisiak. Graveside services will be at 2:30 today at Highland Cemetery. Welsheimer Family Funeral Home assisted the family with arrangements.
