SOUTH BEND Stella H. Otolski, 72, Medco Center, formerly of 2226 Roger St., died about 12:31 a.m. today at Memorial Hospital. Mrs. Otolski retired in 1980 from Sample Kit. She was born March 5, 1918, in South Bend and was a lifelong area resident. On June 11, 1938, in South Bend, as Stella Nowicki, she married John A. Otolski. He died April 4, 1985. She is survived by two daughters, Sandra Beckwith and Diane Zurneal, both of South Bend; two sons, Jerry J. of Columbus, Ind., and Daniel of Indianapolis; 11 grandchildren; a sister, Lottie Niesgodski of South Bend; and two brothers, Al Nowicki and Casimir Nowicki, both of South Bend. A son, James, died in 1975. She was a member of Harvest House of St. Stanislaus Catholic Church. Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Stanislaus Catholic Church. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at St. Joseph Funeral Home, where a parish rosary will be said at 7:30 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to the church.
