INDIANAPOLIS - John Thomas Kosinski, 55, formerly of South Bend, passed away Sunday, August 12, 2012, in Indianapolis. John was born July 27, 1955, in South Bend, to John and Henrietta (Zmyslo) Kosinski. John was preceded in death by his father, John P. Kosinski. John is survived by his mother, Henrietta Kosinski of South Bend, along with brothers, Michael Kosinski of Arlington Heights, IL, and Andrew (Kim) Kosinski of Walkerton, IN. John was a sales representative for Nine Star Connect. John was an introspective person, and he loved the White Sox and Chicago Bears. Visitation will be from 9:00 am to 10:30 am on Thursday, August 16, 2012, in the ST. JOSEPH FUNERAL HOME, 824 S. Mayflower Road. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 am on Thursday, August 16, 2012, in St. Adalbert Catholic Church. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society , 130 Red Coach Drive, Mishawaka, IN 46545; or to St. Adalbert Catholic Church, 2505 W. Grace St., South Bend, IN 46619.
