Marguerite E. Kubiak, 92, of St. Vincent St., died Sunday, Oct. 1, in her home. Mrs. Kubiak was born Sept. 1, 1914, in Shelbyville, Ind., and lived in South Bend most of her life. On May 1, 1937, in South Bend, as Marguerite O'Neil she married Clement A. Kubiak, who died on Feb. 24, 1986. Surviving are two daughters, marguerite Gray and Barbara Kubiak (Barry Schleiger) of South Bend; a son, Thomas (Hotsuko) of South Bend; nine grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren. Cremation has taken place. There will be no services or visitation. Welsheimer Family Funeral Home handled arrangements. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of St. Joseph County.
