MISHAWAKA - Corrine (Burk) Kizer, 90, passed away at Lakeland General Hospital at 10:45 AM on Saturday, Feb. 13, 2016. Daughter of William and Inez (Leighty) Burk, she was raised, educated and worked in Mishawaka. She was a graduate of Mishawaka High School in 1944. Early years of work included the “Victory Shift” at Ball Band, and Studebaker. Corrine married Robert Kizer on Easter Sunday of 1949. Robert preceded her in death. They had three children to cherish her memory: Danny, Doug and Cindy. Survivors also include a sister, Arlene Molnar, and a brother, Ralph Burk.Burial will be at Porter Rea Cemetery in Lakeville, IN. Published in South Bend Tribune on Mar. 27, 2016
